Booking Policy

• Booking shall be done by paying 100% advance of the rent.
• For single occupancy, 75% rent shall be charged.
• GST as applicable will be charged extra.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Cancellation charges for cancellations done before 30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 5% and 95% of the room rent will be refunded to the customer.
2. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 16-30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 10% and 90% of the room rent will be refunded to the customer.
3. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 8-15 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 20% and 80% of the room rent will be refunded to the customer.
4. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 4-7 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 50% and 50% of the room rent will be refunded to the customer.
5. Cancellation charges for cancellations done less than 4 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 80% and 20% of the room rent will be allowed to be refunded to the customer.
6. No cancellation will be allowed for current day bookings. For pre-mature departure, 20% of the room rent will be allowed to be refunded.
7. GST applicable on cancellation charges.
8. The rate for additional person staying in the room will be 25% of the room rent subject to a maximum of Rs.1000 per day.
